I give this review two stars because in the end it did get resolved, however, been a person who loves tech and buys regularly second-hand tech this was the worst experience and the most unprofessional one I’ve ever had!
Came in here to buy a laptop which I was told was ready to go so I went to the bank to withdraw came back to buy the laptop, now they could not find the charger, and when they did, turns out the laptop was not ready to go as it has 3 profiles on it (I take it its the previous owners stuff that has not been wiped yet) and then they said I would have to wait a few hours for Windows 10 to be reinstalled, and they recommended id go to their other store as they have the same laptop there for the same price.
So I go to the other store to find out that they do have it, however, there is a fault with that battery as it does not hold charge and also the laptop its self-was in much worse condition then the other one and screen hinges was bent out of place slightly, I asked for a discount on it and they said they could not do it, so I went back to the other store agreed to take the original one if they can get it running, went out waited a few hours and finally it was done!
I a few days later the charger they gave me which they said it was an original ( when I removed the Digicome sticker I discovered it was just a cheap replacement they did replace it with a new one (still not original)

In total, they wasted almost half of my day and was not a good business to deal with, which is a shame as I would have recommended them to a good amount of people if they had been more professional about there business

Bought a laptop charger here. When I got home and plugged it, it burned my laptop entirely. I even showed them what laptop I had before buying the charger. When I came later to get my money back, which was only PS30, they refused. I was shocked because their faulty product burned my PS1K laptop and I was only asking for PS30. The worst thing is that the same employee that sold me the charger, attended me when I tried to get my money back, and he was so offended when I wanted my money back for THEIR faulty product that caused me to lose my laptop entirely! Disgraceful.
