Just had another great experience with Digital Friends. A few months ago I got a laptop battery for a very good price, they ordered the battery and it came in two days. Today I had another keyboard installed and extra work on the laptop since it was shutting down after only a minute. I had spilled a drink on the keyboard…yea, I finally joined that club! Now, about the two whiners below, I talked on the phone to DFI three times and they were always polite and helpful……you both have an unwarranted high opinion of yourselves…for you to whine about something that is truly insignificant and I am sure, inaccurately portrayed, is pathetic….what are you, a three year old…so if you want to know where the problem really is…….just look in the mirror

So we bring on our computer to get put together and he was told that we will put in the operating system he tried and tired to say he needs to do it, we say no, then he tries to tell us our operating system will not work when we know it does, so we up pick up the computer and he puts the cooling fans in the complete opposite end of the computer knowing full well he did it wrong tries to tell use it will still work, and we told him it was wrong, and still insisted it was fine so heedless to say WILL NOT EVER EVER go back to him for anything again, all because he tried to get a extra $180.00 out of us, because he wanted to put in his own system when we have a perfectly good one we are doing ourselves….perfect example of a GREAD….

Outstanding customer service and integrity. My laptop wouldn’t boot and appeared DOA. When I called them, staff suggested several actions to get it going and save me a trip. Nothing worked so I dropped my laptop off mid Friday afternoon expecting to be without it until the following week. I received a call in about an hour to come pick up my fixed computer, for a very reasonable price. They will absolutely be my first call for future sales and/or service.
