I have to say that this company lives up to the high ratings it received from many people. I had the pleasure to bring in my MacBook pro early 2015 for battery replacement and I cannot express how happy I am with the service I was given. My old MacBook looks like new and works like a charm. I was very welcomed from the moment I ended the shop. I cannot give anything less than 5 stars . Thank you to the person who was working with my laptop. I’m a very happy customer .
I had an excellent experience with this store. They were incredibly helpful and completed everything at a very reasonable price. They thoroughly cleaned my PC, performed a few additional tasks, and installed a brand-new Windows operating system. The staff were exceptionally kind and knowledgeable, always smiling and pleasant to interact with. I highly recommend this store for their outstanding service and customer care.
The service and team are excellent! After visiting a few repair shops to get a laptop hinge fixed with no joy, I thankfully came across Digital Outlet in Leyton. The team were so helpful, very communicative from the outset and upfront with the repair options and the laptop was fixed perfectly within less than 12 hours.
