I went to Teletor shop in uberlingen to fix my phone and paid 70 euros, going every day it says come back next week it will be done we will fix it but my phone was not fixed for 1 month 10 daya and then when I received my phone, it wasn’t fixed. He told ke to transfer all your data your mobile is broke it won’t work after all taking 70 euros And they have extremely bad customer service to be really honest.

After i thought to throw it away bcz it was not charging at all but my all data was saved in this mobile i didn’t lose my hope i find (DIppY’s, HANDYKLINIK FN) I went to this shop who’s customer service was great i have ever seen loved it at communicating and I was told the next day my phone would be ready it was so quick ! And the price is very good not expansive
This shop is way much better with great customer service i recommend everyone one who have any kind of problem with electronics mobile ipad laptop anything things must go to (DIppY’s, HANDYKLINIK FN) THANK YOU VERY MUCH i would give 10000star
