My cell phone is a critical tool for work and is used all the time. On July 12, 2024, 6:30 am, I turn on phone as usual, however, the battery was at 8% and would not take a charge. I panicked, no phone, no work. OMG ! This is tragic ! I did not understand what was happening with this phone. I knew that the bell center could do nothing, except replace the unit. That was not happening. I knew someone out there could figure this out. So, I went over to Direct Cell and waited for them to open. The tech arrived before opening hours and was shortly helping me with the issues. I offered to pay him double to fix it while I waited. He said no extra money was required. He would take care if the problem. The technician fixed the issue, along with replacement of protective parts and cables. I was back in business within 30 minutes. This place has the best customer service, I have ever experienced. Super smart & friendly. I would highly recommend DIRECT CELL services to anyone, anytime. Absolutely the best there is !!

Edit: sold me.a faulty phone and does not respond to email for said problem. Flash does not work and phone takes poor photos despite being known for camera. Avoid.

Such friendly and exceptional service ! They helped me get a new phone and the price was unbeatable. I went to a bunch of places and Heet was so great- I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone. And they had a great deal on fixing my old phone as well 🙂
