I haven’t even left the parking lot and I am writing this review. This is how absolutely disgusted by the owner of this location. I came in yesterday to have a screen fixed on a phone. It would not even turn on, so the owner said ” let me see and I will call you”. An hour later he calls, tells me my phone is ready to be picked up. I ask him how much and he says $65. At this point he has told me it’s fixed, never an estimate. I tell him how pleased I am with it! Today I go in to get it and it’s approximately $230 plus tax. The nice sales associate called him and he said as on speaker phone calling me a liar basically. I told him I wouldn’t pay more than $120 which I thought was generous. Double what he told me basically. He then made the young employee take the phone and take the screen off they installed. All to prove a point. He didn’t want to absorb the cost difference, would rather take the new screen off! I am in shock

I had an excellent experience at Cell Phone Direct. When my iPhone charging port stopped working, I was afraid I would need to buy a new phone. These folks are the BEST! I called around 4 different shops for repair price for my Samsung S 20 + 5G and their price was $60 cheaper than all of the others.

They replaced my phone screen in under an hour and I was able to watch the 2 technicians do the “surgery” job very expertly.

Would highly recommend Direct Cell Tech Repair for any such complex work. They also have a lot of great cases, chargers, and other supplies there.
