Brilliant business! My 12 year old son wanted to build a PC but I had no idea whether what he proposed would work. I contacted Direct Computers because I’d had a very positive experience with them in the past. Josh said to send over a list of parts my son was planning on using and he’d check it out. We did this and there was some back and forth about what would work best. Josh was always incredibly prompt and helpful in getting back to us. He sourced the parts at a great price and his colleague was very helpful in giving some pointers for the build process. Hd offered more help if we needed it but in the end we didn’t need it partly I’m sure because his instruction was so good. My son was delighted and I was astounded that it had all gone without a hitch. Fantastic business! I can’t recommend them highly enough!

A five star service from start to finish. I asked for a PC made to spec and it was. I took their advice upon certain components and I ended up spending much less than what I had anticipated. The PC arrived within 8 days & I’ve had no issues. This is my first time having a PC build and I highly recommend Direct Computers. They have a 5-star customer service too; overall I’ve had a great experience with them & and I will be using them for any future IT purchases.
