Extremely slow and poor communication. Had my phone for a repair for 2 and half months. Took one month to be told what the potential problem could be and what they planned on doing to fix it and then another month and half only to be told it can’t be fixed. No communication throughout this time i had to keep calling and was either told the member of staff had already gone home or still waiting for the part to come in. Wouldn’t recommend.

Saved me allot of stress and time, took hard drive from my redundant laptop, sold me a refurbished one at a great price which was allot cheaper then a new main board, my hard drive fitted so back up and running in a couple of hours where i left off. Thank you very much for your swift and professional service throughout.

Excellent products, prices and customer service. The used and refurbished machines I bought are just as good as buying new but at an undoubtedly great price. I’m a big fan of making use of perfectly good used computers and I’ll be going straight to this shop first for all my computer needs from now on.
