DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE TO GET FIXED!!!! SCAMMERS.For your own protection they sell a lot of Dodgy items they pretend to fix your phone but end up damaging it more.They also sell dodgy stuff.I remember witnessing a very angry couple that brought their phone in to get fixed.They overcharged the man and broke the phone even more! They don’t exchange or give refunds either! Stick to the Professionals branded stores and get what you pay for not a knock off! I just received a reply from this person today 29/5/19.The previous owner was lovely but this person is the you stated I used bad language when you actually hung up the phone on me!!! I wasn’t going to respond but you are a Muslim & accused me of lying in the month of Ramadan.May Allah deal with you.All I asked you to do was replace or refund as the product was not for the note 9!Although a sticker was placed on the package.The screen protector was not responsive!You did not want to hear this & you hung up the phone on me because I asked if you were going to keep the money for a faulty product.In every professional business you have at least a 14 day return policy.So for this reason I need to take this up with the Ombudsman.Here is proof of the picture for your claims for all to see.I have witness on occasions 2 incidents in this shop by very angry customers as I always used to purchase my items from there (with the previous owner who is a Muslim) & do not want anyone else to go through this.Amazon & EBay are more professional or save your money & purchase from the lovely people across the road as they have good knowledge & experience in customer service.

Really rude and unprofessional customer service in a dirty small store. As others have writen previously, I totally agree they are playing with you to make more money out of you. Basically I only printed 3 black and white paper and they have charged me for internet even though I only used it for a couple of seconds. He literally asked me to not come back in his store with an unprofessional behavior. So I will definitely not come back there and spread the word around me to all my family, friends…
There is a nice store across the road anyway so not a big loss. Sincerely.

Pretty atrocious service from this place. Overall the customer experience is rude and sour, doesn’t feel good to be in that store, you’re treated like a problem not a customer. They don’t honour anything, you can forget about getting a refund from them. Very likely that I’ll never walk in there again.
