-Didn’t resolve my issue.
-reinstalled windows when I specifically said my issue was hardware related and that this wasn’t required and had previously been performed.
-installed an antivirus which i did not require and had nothing to do with my issue.
-core temp which was previously 45c is now 75c! absolutely horrific! came in with NO heating issues, left with a HUGE one!!!!!!
-literally replaced my SSD with a HDD.
-Reinstalled a hardware fan which I specifically said was disabled for a reason and my PC had no heating problems.
– tried to tell me problem was heat related when there would have been no heat issues at initial boot yet the problem did exist at boot.
-undid hours of performance modifications to windows 10 and forced me to redo these.
-returned PC with partially unseated CPU which i had to reseat myself. Disgustingly shoddy.
-charged an outrageous PS215 for my PC to be returned in an even worse condition than it was previously

Would not recommend. Incredibly poor.

Took my laptop here to get fixed as it’s the local repair shop to me. I have owned it since 2009 and it had never gave me a problem until now. It’s an HP pavillion. On startup it basically said “hardrive fail” so I assumed the harddrive had failed and it could either be repaired or replaced. Guy called me from DJs and said my laptop was “junk” and was unrepairbale. Obviously not happy with his assessment my girlfriend took it into her work (carehome) and asked the local handyman to look at it as he deals with fixing there computers. Got it back within 48hrs and all working perfect. Turns out it was the harddrive. Stay well away from this place.

I have used this company for a couple of years and can highly recommend them. They “built” my granddaughter a laptop for collage work and instead of paying and getting stuff she didn’t need, she got a laptop tailored to her needs….superb. They have worked on my own laptops and the service is brilliant. They always let you know what they are going to do and tell you the price up front. I will continue to use them.
