Derek was the most lovely helpful guy and he fixed my issue literally the next day. i was at my wits end trying to install some new hardware because the manufacturers had used the worst screws in existence, i’d tried everything and was at my actual breaking point. every other company i spoke to basically said “no i can’t do it” or that it was too small of a job, but i called derek, he came over to my house the next day, and after a tough fight with the immovable screws, found a different way to fix the issue. i couldn’t be happier with his service, he’s incredibly friendly, and charges an incredibly fair rate! will definitely use DM computer services for all future computer needs!
