My advice to anybody thinking about using this shop is to run a mile. We took an iPhone 12 in for repair (The phone would not switch on after switching itself off after having around 70% power). The people in the shop are very rude and have no customer service skills, over the 4 days that they had the phone I called twice for an update. When I asked the chap on the other end of the phone what the latest was with our phone, he said he would not explain because I would not understand, and he did not have time! It was clear that he/the shop had no what was wrong with the phone and how to fix it. When I explained to him, I would understand because I have worked in telecommunications for over 19 years, he started shouting down the phone at me. When I asked for my phone back, we was told that we needed to pay PS20, when we dropped the phone off in the first place, we were told if there was no fix there would be no charge, also we were told that the phone would be fixed within 48 hours. When they could not fix it, they said iPhones always take between 2 and 4 weeks to fix. After inspecting the phone at home, the phone has clearly been damaged while they were attempting/trying to take it apart. YOU CANNOT TRUST THESE GUYS! Also, these guys don’t seem to recall the whole story and try to dress up their incompetences!

Avoid this place. I lose PS25 for nothing (prepayment). Diagnose was bad – this guy try to change batteriy in my TomTom but battery was ok. Problem was with my tomtom mount – it not charge my satnav properly.
This is just another example of poor “bangladeshi” standards and attitude. Avoid for all cost if you dont wannt be ripped off.

Read another negative comments and hes crazy explanation for it. I hear something similar from him.
He not touch my TomTom but he take PS25 – for what Im ask ??

I took my daughters iPad in to have the screen replaced as it was cracked I was told this would be PS65 and only take a few hours… my husband went to the shop a couple of days later as we hadn’t heard anything to be told that the person changing the cracked screen had broke the underneath screen and that it would be ready the week after… when we went to collect the iPad they charged us PS120 as they had gone ahead and changed the battery in the iPad without us agreeing to it.
