The worst. They spent 3 weeks trying to repair my phone’s display. I’ve asked specifically for original display. First week – they ordered display for wrong phone model, so they had to reorder. Second week – they have received the new display and were installing it. Third week – I came to look at what they have done, they installed cheap non-original display, touch id not worked, I could see pixels. Highly disappointing. I’ve asked to install my old display and took it out from them next day. THE WORST!
Great service, very honest! They cut my SIM card for free even though I was willing to pay for it. They also give very honest feedback if it’s cheaper to buy a new phone instead of getting it repaired. This is very important to me when it’s about smart phone repair! Highly recommended if you have questions regarding repair, or just need advice on what your options are with a broken phone.
Amazing service! They did a beautiful job diagnosing and repairing my daughter’s phone. They even took out the SIM card and gave it to us to hold while they fixed her phone. That added level of security means a great deal. Plus there is a small parking lot directly next to their building. I highly recommend them.
