I’ve meant to leave a review here for a while. Dr Handy has been my absolute iPhone life savior several times over (I am extremely clumsy and seem to not be able to hold onto my phone when I’m walking and near concrete). He also saved my phone after an unfortunate bath incident. I didn’t think it would be possible but he resurrected it from the dead. The price is reasonable, the service is fast and he is really friendly! I trust him completely and only go here if I have any problems. Thank you!
Wonderful service. At another repairer, a so-called “authorised” Apple repairer” I was told my IPhone could not be fixed. However Dr Handy fixed the phone within 2 hours, v reasonable price. Plus he is so friendly. My German is not good so he was happy to speak “Denglish” with me..
Whilst waiting: A great cafe a few doors down where i could have a delicious soup lunch whilst waiting… plus a 2nd-hand English book store round the corner.

Highly recommended! I brought my phone here , with little hope that it would be fixed, since this is the second time that I damage it with water. To my surprise, the phone was actually fixed, and for a for a very fair price. It is nice to go to a shop that you can trust completely, usually it’s not the case with electronics repair shops. Also, the guy is super nice and friendly. Thank you for such a great experience!
