Bought a 10TB HDD on ebay from these guys; was at a decent price. But it didn’t work at all. Naturally called them and they were happy exchange, I specifically mentioned to the handler to test it before exchange. You guessed it also didn’t work. I called and tried all their troubleshooting and it was a dead hdd. 2 more exchanges I had the same experience. At this point I even tested different machines/cables/ports/softwares. Several calls later I wanted my money back which they said the manager will call back and never did. Still have not got my money back or any word.
Update. Finally got is sorted and they processed the refund.
I applied for a job here building PC’s. I was invited to take part in a “trial day”. In which 2 other people were invited to take part. What I found was a cramped warehouse which was overstocked and had no visible fire escapes. I didnt see a single fire extinguisher. The building is a death trap. If you start a conversation with someone then you get told off. I would not bother going here for a job.
I had to call and check whether what I was thinking of ordering would work in my computer. Lady I spoke to was very helpful. Memory arrived within 48 hours and I fitted it myself. The website made it easy for me to order the right thing. Simple to fit. Normally I would’ve lugged my computer to the local PC repairers and paid over the odds. Happy customer. Computer running so much faster now.
