I had my iPhone 14 pro max screen replaced on Tuesday afternoon at a home address in Whitley bay. I received the phone back and the colouring not working right, screen kept automatically darkening. Now to be back at square 1 using a spare phone due to the screen being totally black and not showing anything. Only occassionally turna on so now having to find more money to solve the further issue im now having. Also since using this service my phone top volume button hasn’t worked leading me to further problems. My main phone is important for my children’s appointment as well as my pregnancy appointments. Also tried Tuesday evening to get a quote for the back of my iPhone 14 pro max to be repaired but didn’t receive a reply even though I’ve now currently waited 3 working business days and still not been given a quote. However since my problems with my iPhone 14 pro max screen I will not be returning or using the service again, I also highly recommend that others don’t too.

This guy is excellent. I can’t say enough about how helpful he was, changed my phone battery in 2 hours, and then, almost exactly 7 days later when I dropped the phone, changed the screen and charging port that I’d managed to tear off the mother board in the drop in 4 hours. It’s like a new phone, strangely, because, most of the bits are now new!

Lesson to self. Don’t be so clumsy. But if you are, this guy is a craftsman…
