Absolute charlatan’s. Avoid at all costs a clearly very illegitimate business being ran here. I’ve heard all the while about their awful customer service and all their unqualified “technicians” butchering repairs. I myself did not fall for them this time but unfortunately my mother went to them with her best intentions – I had previously gifted my Nintendo switch to my little brother for Christmas and all was well until she told me it wasn’t charging about a year later and to be honest I knew the issue and how to fix it as I am a qualified technician however life gets in the way and I work full time so I wasn’t very available to carry out the fix (which I suspected was 90% software) Anyhow she told me what they quoted and what they claimed the issue was (PS45 to fix a motherboard fault, a dangerously low quote that any company worth their weight would not be charging). They essentially convinced her it was unrepairable and as such my mum bought a new one and moved on from the issue. The console was then left in their hands for a substantial amount of time until my mum could find the time to pick it up. It’s now in my hands to finally give it a full service to undo all the damage they have caused to the internals by butchering it apart. Which as a result will take a lot of my time and money (despite the “PS45” quote they claimed)

I’ve since read even more reviews about them butchering very very simple phone repairs and again quoting worryingly low which absolutely reflects their low skill in every instance.

Not even worth one star. I wish I had read all the previous one star reviews before going along; utterly useless business. Took my phone along for a simple screen replacement and suspiciously it only took 15 minutes when the guy told me it’d take an hour. Phone wouldnt charge and was dead by the next morning. Took the phone in to be re-fixed.
The manager then told me it was fixed and ready for collection when I rang up asking for any updates after the fourth week of them having the phone, and then when I went along, the guy told me it was beyond repair, despite having just told me it was fixed! A lack of communication amongst the team and a lack of customer service skills.

Would give it zero if could, shocking customer service. I won’t be going in again, I’d save your time and look elsewhere. Went in to ask about a replacement screen on Monday, told they would order it in for me and to come back Friday. 4 different times I went back, fobbed off with an excuse each time. Gave up in end and just gone somewhere else. Wasted two weeks.
