Fantastic staff. Have bought phones from them and they are so knowledgeable and take time to explain everything. I had a problem with my Facebook app this week and the staff were wonderful on both days that I came in. They sorted the problem for me. I would definitely recommend this shop in Wrexham to everyone. Will always get my custom.
I am a 69 years old lady and I know very little about technology. I have visited this shop three times requiring help with my computer and mobile ‘phone. They have always been extremely helpful, friendly and charge me a fair price. I would recommend the Dog ‘n’ Bone to anyone, but especially to pensioners.
Good customer service – I contacted the the Oswestry branch ( as I coundn’t get through to the Wrexham one ) to enquire about Ipad screen replacement prices. I was quoted low prices that turned out to be PS45 too low. The guys did their best to help out in this situation even though it wasn’t their fault!
