Huge shout out to Donny B for the stellar service upgrading my phone and plan with Tbaytel! Josh was amazing as always… answered questions truthfully based on understanding my prior use and history of my phone, provided the specific information that I asked for without hesitation, and most importantly explained in an easy to understand way the differences (and benefits!) of the new plan structures! As always, he made changing to a new phone stress free! Christine was a hoot to chat with and we talked about a ton of things while I was waiting! I have to admit that I did enjoy the fact that there weren’t a ton of other customers in the store. I truly felt that the attention was personal and efficient! Many thanks!
Never. ever waste your money or time here, I paid for two pairs of earbuds for 904$ and they broke after a few days and now I got two pairs of Sony headphones with both of the right side magical stop working for no apparent reason. I don’t trust this establishment and I believe they are tampering with their products
