I had to go in as my MacBook Air battery needed a service. I was very impressed with the speed of the service – I went in on the Monday and by the Friday morning I was all sorted. I was kept aware of the progress of when the battery was ordered and when the battery arrived. My computer was handed back after being cleaned and was in an even better condition than before. I would highly recommend this shop and the services it provides. I am a very satisfied customer and will be going back if I have any other issues.
Fantastic service, took my desktop PC here after being quoted PS75 by Currys just for them to look at it. I walked into the store and within minutes they had my computer stripped down and checked out. My issue turned out to be a simple problem to fix and I ended up walking out with fully working PC. This was completed for a fraction of the price Currys would have charged me, in a fraction of the time. Brilliant!
Andrew diagnosed the problem of my laptop very quickly, and was extremely patient in his work. He worked hard to find a solution to the problem, explaining each step to me as he went along so that I could comprehend the situation.
