They damaged my laptop and won’t respond to my queries about it.

I took in my laptop because some of the keys weren’t working probably. They offered a free diagnostic. They said my keyboard would need to be replaced, and the cost was almost as much as my laptop would be worth so I opted not to get it – no problem.

When I took my laptop home, my battery – which I never had a problem with – wasn’t connected. It no longer charges at all and my laptop has to be plugged in for it to work. I emailed them twice asking about it, giving them a week to respond each time, and they ignored me.

They took my laptop apart when diagnosing the original issue which I imagine is what disconnected or damaged the battery. They introduced a new, significant problem and refuse to be accountable.

I had a great experience at this store. I’ve used it many times for printing an emailing This time I went in because my computer wouldn’t factory reset. They were amazing. They had it working within 2 hours. Everything cleared out and the price was unbelievably reasonable. I’m Happy to say that if you think you need your computer looked at worked on , your phone needs to be serviced, email services ,printing services. This is the place you can go. I will always use them. Their knowledgeable, polite, kind and listen to you when if you’re like me. I’m a technology idiot. Treat you with respect and explain everything so you can understand and don’t talk down to you like I’ve experienced in other computer stores. They are committed to customer service and it shows..

I took my PC to this place a few months ago with the understanding that the computer diagnosis was free of charge. However, upon returning to pick it up, I was informed that I had to pay over $100 for the diagnostic service, despite being told it would be free. When I questioned this, I was met with the response, “Nothing is free”. There is more to this story, such as the sloppy job they did fixing my PC, but I believe I’ve said enough.
These people not only lacks professionalism but also engages in deceptive practices. I strongly advise avoiding this place.
