First class service with a smile. Had a major issue with a PC that my businesses relies on. Rang up and spoke to Tom who advised me to take the machine to him. Promptly took the machine to Tom who after doing a few “computer type” tests advised me that the machine was not really up to what I was asking it to do (cad design). He offered a few options varying in price and by the end of the day I was back up and running.
Excellent service, great honest pricing with no hidden extras. It was a pleasure to do business with Downtown.

Poor attitude after purchasing an expensive motherboard and cpu the system wasn’t working. Returned to store and they accused me of bending a pin on the mb. I have performed many upgrades and installs and for them to have this attitude stinks. The fact that the shop charged for a replacement motherboard and did not return the old one stinks of con. Also the original motherboard box was not sealed when originally purchased. Very rude and sanctimonious customer service.

The service provided was brilliant. I took my computor to them early in the morning and they phoned me late afternoon to say it was ready. In that tine they had removed a virus and thoroughly checked the computor. I consider the price charged was very reasonable.
