DID A BAD JOB & BAD ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMER, TOO MUCH EGO! I took my old Iphone 6s today 12/03/2024 around 1240pm for a screen replacement for PS25. Had a nice initial chat with this guy (I believe his name was Daniel) and was told to comeback 30 minutes later. I came back at the agreed time to collect and pay the service. I tested the phone and noticed the home button is no longer working as I was not able to use my passcode anymore unless I shut it down. He said when the original screen was taken off and replaced it will become like this and this is normal. Wow, this guy is now telling me that this is normal and okay to accept it. He said it is still usable, but it won’t be the same. Basically he wants me to accept it as it is as they have already done their job. He said he could still fix it but for another PS25. This guy is truly unbelievable. He said I’m trying to be smart. To me this is not being smart, it is common sense and he seems lacking it. If you take your phone for a repair you obviously want it back to the original usable condition not partly fixed and partly damaged. If he said from the start that this could happen and will need to charge extra PS25 to fix the home button then I could understand. If he did not anticipate this could happen at least offer to do something about it and fix it without a charge as it was not discussed from the start. In the end we agreed to put my old screen back. I used their service before and it was ok. But now when it’s not ok either they want you to accept their work or pay extra. Now this shows their true colour. Be careful guys. What a total waste of time, lack of competence and customer service needs to improve a lot more!

Came to bring my laptop as it won’t switch on, the guy told me he will give it a deep clean and see if it works and I came the next day at 4pm and requested just to find the laptop in the same condition. The guy told me he opened the laptop and showed me a picture on his phone of a motherboard which was burned and belted and told me that uts 60% chance he can fix it and 40% chance that it will not work anymore ever. So I took it back and bought the stuff to open the laptop myself to find that the motherboard is not melted and its in perfect condition. And seen in the picture. I dont know if maybe he wanted to take my motherboard but I don’t think he even opened my laptop to check as it was literally untouched. I highly recommend nobody comes here as u will be scammed!!! If anyone can see any problems with my laptop please let me know

The customer service is excellent always help with my phone tablet laptop and other devices and I’m with this company since a long, I’ll never think of going anywhere else.
