My laptop fan started to fail at the MOST inopportune time in my job & Dr Geek was quick to respond, investigate the issue & provide a fast solution!! Even outside of normal business hours! Youssef is extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and accommodating. And…. He explained everything in layman’s terms so that I felt confident in my decisions regarding repair/replacement. The reviews don’t lie. Dr. Geek is the best! Service you just don’t get with the big name companies. I had 2 computers go down at the same time. Both I need for work. Showed up to my business within an hour. Replaced the power supply on one and installed a new hard drive in my laptop. My laptop has never run that fast before. They went above and beyond and installed a better, faster hard drive without be having to even ask. Not to mention that he optimized my settings at the same time. I didn’t even have to leave work. They came right to me even to deliver my upgraded laptop.

He is incredibly talented at fixing whatever kind of computer you have. I had a MacBook Air I thought had bitten the dust after I spilled copious amounts of coffee into it. He cleaned it out and fixed it right up for me at an affordable price and in a timely manner.
