Had an issue where my grandmother completely disabled her iPhone
Tried to sort it myself and wasn’t getting anywhere, spoke to apple and they were as helpful as a fart in a thunderstorm..
quick google for shops and found this gentleman..after a short phone call and some screaming banshees (my kids) I was able to understand what he said and what he was advising me to do (it didn’t end with me putting a fist sized hole in my laptop). Managed to get the phone rebooted and sorted all from a call. Going to this gent from now on with any iPhone repairs/issues as apple couldn’t organise a pissup in a brewery as they just wanted me to to Bristol like it was nothing…
Couldn’t not recommend using this gent enough. Great service and quick to respond 10/10

Such a seamless service in getting my devices fixed. I’ve had the back of my iPhone fixed before (my phone has lasted many more years since) and a MacBook screen fixed recently and they both look brand new. Very quick service and a pleasure to communicate with. I’d recommend Dr iPhone to anyone needing their devices fixed, can’t fault it!
