Worst experience ever. I do not recommend at all. Avoid at all cost

I brought my phone in for repair, which took two weeks. When my phone was returned, I immediately noticed my finger print scanner wasn’t working because I use it instead of passwords for nearly everything. Lovely. They ordered a new finger print scanner, which never arrived. After 6 weeks of me consistently going in store to follow up during this process (not once did they reach out to me), they finally just gave me a refund. So I got a fixed screen but a damaged sensor. Cool.

Fast forward a month later I dropped my phone and the screen cracked again…(guess I was sold a useless screen protector too). I took it into a different repair shop who explained two things:
– whoever repaired my phone previously didn’t put the clasp back to secure my screen to the rest/back of the phone
– they hardly put any adhesive to keep the screen on the phone

Hence why my phone broke so easily again. They asked me go see if [Dr Mobile] had the clasp otherwise they’d have to order a new one. That brings me back to Dr Mobile again…like a an annoying nightmare haunting me. And Of course, it was complete waste of time. They could not find the clasp and I was told they’re going to get me a new one and never did. Fortunately, this other repair shop got me a new clasp, new screen WITH a working finger print scanner, and repaired my phone all in less than 3 days. What a contrast. I guess companies rated even 4 out of 5 stars compared to 5 out of 5 really makes a difference

Oh, and 4 weeks later after I can finally put all this behind me… dr mobile still never got back to me on my missing clasp. Shocker…

In summary, they’re going to fix your phone in the cheapest manner they can; make promises and act like theyre trying to address your issue or concerns; and probably haunt you after your phone falls apart a month later after they “fixed” it. Go somewhere else people or don’t break your phone the first time lol.

I wasn’t going to elaborate in this detail, but since the owner replied back and asked about my experience, well here you go.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE. Last year I brought my phone in, cause I cracked my screen pretty bad. They replaced my screen, and I thought everything was fine, until the ghost touch started happening. Took it back to them and they replaced the display again on April 16th. Not even two months after they replaced it for the second time, the screen started popping up (as shown in the picture below) and my display was completely screwed [I couldn’t even open my phone cuz the screen was unresponsive] (on June 9th). Took my phone into the Apple Store cause I didn’t wanna bring it back to these idiots, they told me it’s likely that they took the original apple battery out and swapped my battery with a cheap one. Which makes literally so much sense cause after taking my phone in the first time, the battery health went from 99% down to 85%, and would make my phone literally so hot when on the charger and when I was on it. They also do not put enough adhesive on to keep the screen in place. Ended up having to pay 700 dollars to get a brand new phone, cause it would have cost me equally as much to replace the screen. Although they are the “cheaper” option in the long run it will not save you any money. SO I REPEAT. DO. NOT. BRING YOUR PHONE. HERE.

I was walking through the mall when I seen Dr. mobile office. Close to T&T.
My screen on my iPhone was cracked and I asked if he could replace the screen.
He said 1/2 hr so I walked around the mall a bit and than it was complete.
I had a quote from another place and your cost was $50 cheaper.
