Had to replace my battery as it was weak. Came across this location after doing a Google search. We reached out to inquire about pricing and got an appointment the same day. Knowledgeable staff! He ran his own diagnostic and gave my partner a call with any additional issues he found. At first, it seemed like there was a part that needed to be replaced but after opening up my phone, he discovered the connection was loose and actually SAVED me from incurring additional costs. Location is great, price is great, and they have so many cool cases and protectors. Definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for phone repairs at a decent price. Also note, they use OEM parts for Samsung phones.

I had excellent service at this location. I came in with a cracked lens on my Pixel 7 Pro. I was given a fair quote, but had to come back the next day for the repair as the part for my phone wasn’t in stock.
The next day I came in when the part arrived, they were able to do the repair on the spot in about 30 mins.
My overall experience was very pleasant, the staff are courteous and professional, the store is neat and clean.

My phone was dropping calls and roaming when it should. Samsung recommended this store since it was closest to my home. It was a Saturday. Kazi really took care of me to ensure I got back my phone same day, and they had the parts in stick, and used samsung parts back in my S22 Ultra. Really appreciate the quick and efficient setmrvice and will recommend to everyone. Thanks again Kazi.
