Brought phone in with cracked screen. Replaced with wholesale screen which I was told may be hit or miss with buttons. Fine. Less than a week later, updated phone stops working completely by fingertip. Using stylist to work device, which was a minor inconvenience; yet phone still operating.
I brought phone in where worker plugged it in to something ,and froze the phone so I wasn’t able to use it at all. Worker proceeded to tell me that there is no warranty on the screen done 6 days ago.Nor did he apologize for freezing my phone leaving it useless.He said it would take several hours to fix; which Is a problem because I am a local business owner who relies on device for work.
Ended up paying an additional $145 for an updated screen with warranty due to them not honering the work they did on the phone 6 days ago.
Do not come here , only to have to go back and spend more money. Do not provide customer service, as well as they don’t take responsibility for their inadequate work.

It turns out a connection was loose inside the phone from when I dropped it.
He got me up and running again in no time and didn’t even charge me anything for the repair.
