Booked an appt to get my phone screen fixed after it dropped face down onto a rock. They were the only ones open late on a Sunday which was a total lifesaver. The guy working the counter was really friendly and explained things well. The store was nice and clean. Got the screen fixed in 45mins and its working perfectly. Thank you so much!!
Excellent job done and very quick too. Great customer service. I dropped my phone nearly 60ft at work, and it’s like new after bringing it to them. I highly recommend as I’ve never had a bad experience and they’ve always gone above and beyond. Definitely not cheap, but you pay for quality. I will never have my devices fixed anywhere else.
Walked into store & was greeted by 2 gentleman. Very friendly, we cracked some jokes about how people are so protective of their phones. They showed me maintenence mode & were happy to fix my broken screen. Came back 1hr later & phone is like new. Great experience, I will recommend Dr Phone Fix to others.
