Had a screen replaced for my daughter’s iPhone 11 in Jan 2024. Premium screen replacement for $180.
MobileSenteix Canada is the supplier of replacement screens and the packaging clearly stays LIFETIME WARRANTY.
Store Owner – Mohsin called the company in my presence and they would not replace the screen under warranty!
Mohsin went out of his way to help me in pricing a replacement screen.
Unfortunately, Dr. Phones has to deal with this supplier. But, they will try to go out of their way to assist their customers.
Amazing service! From the moment I called to the moment I left! I smashed my screen on my iPhone. I gave them a call and he said come in 30 min and he had my phone with a new screen on it in 30-45 min! Great service and friendly guy. Nice quiet storefront location too. Very easy access not too much traffic! Will recommend to anyone who needs any fixes with their cell phones! Oh and I forgot to mention… great price as well. Hopefully I don’t crack my screen again but if I do I’ll definetly being here.
This is an amazing place to go to. The prices are always fair and the gentle man that runs it is fantastic. I once brought in a tablet and he flat out told me he could definitely fix it but I could buy the same tablet brand new for cheeper from Amazon. I don’t know any business that would be this honest. He’s definitely not doing this for just the money! Great customer service!!
