Experience is minor it’s more like a shocking disbelief that a business can operate in such an illegal way. First off the female clerk was rude and ignorant plus insulting she knew nothing about cell repair or customer service. They don’t supply proper receipts to show any of their work they do on cell repair that lists parts or repair there is no proof of money amounts paid in cash and the ink on the cheap paper wears off in two days their way overpriced and sell repo phones that customers can’t to pay their over priced service can’t be trusted very shady tax evasion is my opinion

They are the worst. Fraud people. I gave them my laptop for a small repair. But they just did something worst and said we don’t have any solution for this. And gave me a five times less money as the compensation for the laptop even the fault was all on them. Don’t ever come here. They gonna take ur devices and spoil them and sell them somewhere else after paying you a little compensation because you can’t make a complaint about this anywhere.

I had the best customer experience ever with the owner of this establishment. He was knowledgeable and his service was quick. He fixed both of our laptops in 1 day. I ended up buying a laptop for one of my students for there home use. Price was very reasonable. I was so impressed with his service that I gave out his business card to our staff and parents. I would recommend this business 1000 times over. Great experience!
