Had my Samsung phone for a number of years. Still did everything I needed and still plenty of capacity but battery life was getting to be a problem. Thought about getting a new phone but decided to try getting the battery renewed. Dr Fixit did fix it. VERY pleased with the result and I’ve saved myself a good few pounds. The service was very efficient and I will return if I require any of their services in the future without any hesitation.
The charging port on my Samsung A41 was not useable. Having contacted Dr Fixit (Roland) he was able to give me a cost for part and repair via text and I also booked it in for repair a couple of days after Christmas. The repair was carried out and I had my phone back the same day. Great service and very pleased to have my phone back so quickly. (Thanks Roland)
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my engineer Roland who was very helpful to try to fix my phone microphone. Repair work was done efficiently and to an excellent standard.
