Roland succeeded where others failed.
I had a charger cable snapped off in the charger port of our iPad and took it to Apple Genius Bar who failed to get it out then took it to other repair shops who failed to get it out also and quoted over PS100 to send it away for a week for the charger port to be completely replaced. Finally I took it to Roland who managed to remove the infernal snapped charger cable and saved me from having to replace the entire charger port which would have cost me a lot. iPad now works again, good as new 🙂 thank you very much.

Roland is a warm, friendly, and most importantly, professional guy who fixed my pixel 7a post haste. He was up front about the cost, kept in touch and updated me on the progress of the repair. He is an incredibly knowledgeabl man. I felt no pressure from him at all, the timeline he gave was realistic and he really put me at eaze.

Great service from DrFixit. He repaired my phone (swollen battery) without data loss or the need to replace the screen. All done in good time and for a decent price (well below the cost of even a refurbished equivalent phone). The business is set back from the road so you might miss it – watch out for the sign on the wall near it to help you find it.
