Took my phone in here a few months ago for a replacement screen, paid PS95 and lo and behold the screen fell out. When I went back the owner refused point blank to fix it as he reckons he only bought the shop recently, he magnanimously offered to fix it as long as I paid again….exit the shop. Then took my phone to a reputable service center to be told the screen they fitted was a cheap Chinese knock off costing about a tenner.

Went to buy a charger
I asked the 1 man that was in the shop some questions about my required charger. Did not want to/could not be bothered to engage at all .
Just yes or no answers .
I did buy a charger which was just passed over then paid without a single thank you.

Daughter dropped her phone, gave it late on Sunday afternoon it was repaired by Tuesday morning. Gave me the option of an expensive Samsung or copy for nearly half the price. So far no issues with response or clarity, even threw in a screen protector. Note cash only but cashpoint is literally outside the shop
