My laptop had been hacked, would take an age to wake up and then would run slower than slow and (although essential for my work) left me with no confidence in it at all. Being a technophobe and having never backed up anything I felt particularly vulnerable. I was having a major issue with my emails not connecting to Microsoft Exchange which was causing all sorts of problems. I had tried getting it sorted but to no avail. Iwan was brilliant. He accessed my laptop remotely so there was no need for me to be without it for the day. He got straight to the problem and untangled it in 15 mins. It was such a relief! I’m very grateful for such knowledgeable and deft service.
