The gentleman at the front has always shared honest and faithful information. I have gone here before for laptop and cellphone repairs and he will flat out tell me whether the device value would outweigh the repair cost. Recently I had brought a Samsung phone with a broken screen and water damage. He opened it up and told me the prices and told me he could work on the water damage and replace the screen but if the water damage couldn’t be done, then he wouldn’t go through with the screen and only charge the service. After thinking about it I said no and he didn’t charge me anything for opening the phone and inspection. Honestly, the greatest repair guy ik, will keep on going here

Dropped my iPhone 7 it stopped charging and would continuesly reboot. Authorized technicians at London drugs simply told me its a motherboard issue, that the phone will need to be replaced for $500+ and that I will most definitely lose all my data. The guy at ECC was honest and straight forward about what the issue could be. Told me best and worst case scenarios along with prices for repairs. ECC repaired the phone and replaced the tempered glass for $65. Still have all my data. Very happy with the honest service. Will definitely go back if I ever need any repair help for my phones/laptops.

Came for a broken GLASS screen repair. Less than a week later the LCD display completely became disconnected/blacked out but the phone was still on (able to hear it vibrating/accept calls from a lit but black screen). Went in a second time to fix what had happened and they ended up replacing the LCD which was never an issue before and also ended up breaking my touch iD and claimed it ‘wasn’t their fault’ and blamed it on my ‘old phone’ when it was fully functional before. Save your money and stay away from this place
