Asked for new charging port . Was told to come back at 10, then 12, then before closing.screen broke after and was told to see what happens once charged. Not happy as this is a works phone. I still have a broken phone and paid for the service, would happy of paid extra to have the screen fixed but they did not have the parts.
We received a prompt, friendly and efficient service from Kripal who fixed my phone and my daughter’s phone to a high standard. Thank you!
