(Writing a review under a nickname.) I brought my elderly Motorola phone to this E2 Mobiles shop for charging point repair. The phone was 0 % battery with no cable and no adapter worked on it at all.

Here, they managed to do it! It is fixed, charging again even as high as 100 % and the phone is even somehow faster! It cost PS25, which is btw also a trade-in value of that phone if I decided to sell it, hahaha.

I also liked fair, friendly, nondiscriminatory and transparent in everything! They also conveniently called my phone number to pick it up when it was ready.

The only thing if they would rather be more realistic about when will be ready and not giving hopes of too soon, next time. However, the confusion and delay was because of weekend and spare parts delivery didn’t arrive in time. So, I can understand that they were trying their best and still happy.

The payment was possible only by cash, which is slightly annoying. But, there’s free cash withdrawals ATM at the TSB bank just a few steps away! So, okay too.

All in all, really good experience and I can recommend it!

This place is rubbish. You pay bad money to get bad service. My son went into the shop and then went back as they cracked his phone. Once he went back he was repeatedly sworn at and the staff members were very hostile towards him. He is 14 years old. After he left the shop he was followed by a worker and repeatedly told them to leave him alone and they kept following him. A member of the public helped him and told him to leave my son alone and to pick on someone his own age. This is an experience no one should have to go through let alone a 14 year old. Will not be visiting this shop again

Got sold a phone with the premis of it being fully working and that parts are authentic. The clerk was even cheeky enough to say if you at in cash I’ll drop the price and then tried to raise it PS80 for the same phone in a different colour which ended up with front camera not working at all, settings saying it’s an unknown part and I’ve been trying to call the store number to and keep getting my call declined after 3 rings, do not trust them as even their opening time isn’t truthful as I’ve been here since 10am today and the shutters are still closed.
