We went on the 20th February 2019, Wednesday.
I found this store to be one of my BEST places for Retro Videogame hunting. I went to Calais for a day trip as I am from England. We looked around Auchan and then found Easy Cash, I saw the bright Pink billboard and we ran inside. The first thing we saw was a rack of PC games, that didn’t interest me though. What interested me was the DS and GameBoy Advance cartridges in the middle of the shop. And guess what was there?

(My only problem with this was that the games were in a glass box so it was hard to see the games that were on the side. Having them on a table would be more efficient because they have CCTV and scanners at the store exit.) But anyways, we found somebody who spoke a bit of English and he let us try Pokemon Platinum and Mario Kart DS. This was very nice of them. The only problem was that they were foreign copies. (they were both in French and you could not change the language) This was very depressing and we didn’t want to come out empty handed so we bought Yu-Gi-Oh DS for 3 euros. And to this day, I still don’t understand the concept of that game.

Things that could be improved:
– don’t put the cartridges on top of each other, it is to show duplicates but sometimes, you want to find a copy of the game that isn’t foreign.
– Put the cartridges on a table or in a plastic box so that you can check the labels and see if they are foreign or not.
-Allow people to check the games by themselves with supervision because we were trying to check a number of games, but we didn’t want to waste anyone’s time so we only tested 3 games.

Other than that, amazing store and I hope to visit again sometime. (I do have pictures but my phone is out of battery, sorry)
Also, Pokemon platinum was 15 euros and Mario kart DS was 15 euros

Les prix sont extremement chers
Les bandes dessinees quasiment le prix du neuf, ils vous les rachetent entre 10 centimes et 1EUR et les revendent 9,99EUR ,j’ai vu des bd Asterix a 5 ou 6EUR toutes defoncees, Auchan a cote elles sont a 7EUR neuves ,les jeux videos je n’en parle pas… A Auchan ou meme Micromania vous pouvez trouver moins cher et pour les jeux retro va falloir faire un credit si vous etes amateurs
D’ailleurs maintenant vous pouvez payer en plusieurs fois… Preuve qu’ils savent que leurs prix sont eleves
Bref, allez sur vinted, meme avec les frais de port vous serez gagnant
Easy cash est devenu un magasin de collectionneurs qui peuvent se permettre de payer des fortunes pour de l’occasion

Bonjour, je suis decu de ce magasin car nous avons pris des DVD. Grey’s Anatomy un CD de la saison 12. Il manquait qu’un DVD dedans alors qu’il l’avait mis en rayon. Est en plus scotche . Nous avons essaye de demander a la dame de dire que c’etait pas grave et qu’on pouvait le payer comme ca, mais elle a prefere le jeter, que faire un petit prix dessus, je trouve ca degueulasse surtout de la part de la vendeuse car en verite normalement les vendeurs sont la pour vendre des objets et des des DVD et autres moi qui est fidele a ce magasin a partir d’aujourd’hui je suis completement Decu surtout que devant nous elle nous dit qu’elle va le jeter
