I’m very happy to give deserved praise to Easy PC. I took my laptop there thinking the battery was dead. It’s 6 years old. On examining it they found the plug in charger was faulty. It was also running very slow so a suggested “laptop MOT” and a new charger and it is now as good as new.
Thinking this was going to cost as much as a new laptop I was happy that this was not so.
I am happy to recommend Easy PC and will return whenever I need help and advice.

They have had my computer for three months and I’ve not been in touch with an update, I keep calling, but no answer and not replying to emails either. They have moved shops since I have them my computer so I can’t get there before closing. I’m really surprised as they were so highly recommended. They did warn me that it was a little wait, but three months with no contact seems a little odd.

Wasn’t able to fix my machine as it is a professional beauty facial machine but took the time to find me a specialist company that could which Iv spent 6 months trying to do. I can’t thank you enough. Would recommend highly.
