I had a problem with my old laptop and despite numerous attempts I could not get it started. Andy said it was obsolete which was true. After discussing options to retrieve the memory I decided to bin it. On returning home I gave it one last chance and it worked! Either it got a fright or Andy has heaiing hands. Either way I’m delighted.
My hard drive stopped connecting to my computer. With such important files and hours of work on it I panicked. Andy was able to retrieve the files and completely put my mind at rest. Hours and hours of recreating the files wasn’t needed – a total relief. Would recommend his services to everyone.
My laptop was extremely slow and thought it required more memory. Took it to Andy who told me that a solid state drive would make it run much more efficiently. I left it with him and it was ready the next day. And he was right, it is now running much quicker. Definitely recommended.
