Easy store in Liverpool | Best Phone, Laptop, and Computer Repair Services at Affordable Prices | Quick Fixes

I paid 60PS to easy store for my laptop repair, but my laptop still didn’t work. I have them a second chance. But the problem remain unsolved.
I tried to contact them about the issue but they never replied.
I would caution against using them for any repair service. Their lack of response and inability to fix the problem left me feeling scammed.
My experience have been extremely disappointing, and I hope this review help others avoid similar frustrations!

Had a broken charging port on my Samsung phone, tried everything to fix it and nothing helped. Took it into these guys at about 11am just after they opened. They’d replaced the charging port so it’s good as new by 1. Good price and done nice and quick on a Sunday afternoon. Need a few other things like a replacement battery and screen for my phone and I’ll definitely bring it back to these guys, great work.

Warning: Unfortunately, this store sells defective devices and seems to scam customers with non-functioning products and not refundable based on my experience. Even more concerning, one of the employees has been aggressive toward women. If you’re a woman, it’s best not to visit this place alone if you must go there at all.
