Replaced a battery (however he knowingly) left a plate out which was mine and handed it back to me and didn’t say anything about the missing plate when a ph call came on it wouldn’t work. He knew I had hurt my back and he knew the Dr was calling me when the Dr called I couldn’t hear him or her. When I rang this man at the phone shop he just said “yeah I know you couldn’t hear them as I left a plate missing and I hoped you phone would work”…. Who does that!
Very unhappy and when I called my surgery to re book my Drs call she said herself and her Mum had bought their phones to be repaired and he had messed them up also.
Avoid like the plague as he leaves parts missing and you won’t know until you have to use it.
Do you job properly! and stop leaving parts out….not much to ask.

Took my phone down last week screen was blacked out and was told it might be unfixable by a few different people but they were unfazed and confident to fix it and i dropped it off at 12 and picked it up at 2.30 screen fixed and all working!! And after months of being broking and not being able to get my babies photos I was over the moon .. would definitely recommend and go to straight away for any problems in the future!!

My partner left a phone with this shop to retrieve data. Went back numerous times, shop was closed (even though told to return following day to find out the outcome). When there was someone eventually at the shop, got a phone number but owner did not answer calls, messages or email. Took 2 weeks to retrieve my phone and no work carried out. Avoid.
