I’ll say first, nice guy and I have heard good things about the shop by a mate that used to work with them.

That being said, my experience recently has been bloody lack lustre. The response time and just a basic ‘work with the customer’ mindset was pretty much non existent.

Spent 4 months give or take having to follow up on my own accord several times just for a quote, by the end of that didn’t even get a full quote back.

Got my PC back recently with a missing wifi card and no initiative from the bloke to keep me in the loop in regards to. If it’s been posted up to me, when it’s going to arrive yada yada.

Nothing majorly bad, but I wouldn’t say I’ve had fun or gained anything from the past 4 months except constantly trying to pry information.

Otherwise nice bloke

John was super helpful, clearly knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to get me up and running as quickly as possible. It’s lovely to find a small business that cares about its customers. Can not recommend these guys enough! After thinking it was time to say good bye to my old device they were able to get it back up and running better then ever and were also able to retrieve all my data also. Great friendly service with expert advice. Thanks again guys
