TECH SUPPORT SHOP AT 29 B OLD CHURCH ROAD. RUDE AND IGNORANT BEHAVIOUR.

A few days ago I went to this shop “TECH SUPPORT SHOP AT 29 B OLD CHURCH ROAD” to collect our delivery. The name on the collection slip had my wife s name on it. She asked me to collect it for her. Because she was busy at the time. However when I went to the shop, shop keeper kept insisting on I should have an ID with the photo on it.

It was very frustrating that he wouldn’t want to except the fact that there is only one way for us to get the collection reminder is having it through our letter box.

That was my third attempt to get the parcels. First one was a few days ago at 8pm the shop was closed, second one was following day at 5.40pm shop was closed again which apparently it should have been open till 6pm. When I told him that if he would have kept the shop open the day before like he promised to his customers we would have known about his rigid behaviour and we would have been prepared for it on the third attempt. But still he was so rude to tell me that ” he would close the shop anytime “THE HELL” he wants. And he would not care about our parcels they would get sent back anyway.

Is this the way how a shop keeper supposed to run his shop or he could have been bit more polite and understanding and not using that kind of language. Did he have to be that rigid and rude ?

What if it was an elderly or a very sick person needing to collect their parcels and would not be able to come out of their houses and ask for a close relative to collect it for them.

I think that was very much of being ignorant and difficult to his neighbour.

I highly recommend and regard ECT shop in Chingford Mount. Everytime we have had any issues with our phones or tablets Andre has always been able to give the best advise and gets everything repaired and up and running again. He provides an excellent and honest service and never disappoints. I would not take our devices anywhere else, always a friendly welcome and very fair prices. We are very lucky to have this trusted service on our doorstep!

I went to the shop on a day I was feeling particularly stressed after the loss of my brother.
I only needed a label printed off for a parcel I had to return and I was overwhelmed with the owner Andre kind empathetic caring approach. I did not have the correct change for the photocopy, not only did he let me have the copy for free, he also gave me the sellotape and the scissors to put the label on the parcel.Thank you Andre God bless you always.
