The shop is in a good location, what let down the place is some of the staff that doesn’t show interest in helping you preferring to stay talking to others colleagues. On that note I can add that I started a Orange customer and I can say that the product that they sell is great but the service is very poor. The service quality has been declining for a while, something that I mentioned to EE and complained about it. In conclusion I advise you to go to another EE shop or ring EE instead.

Always helpful @ EE Altrincham. Guided me through various options for my new phone contract. Suggested which new phone might be best suited to my needs. Phone ordered, a Google Pixel 7A, delivered to the EE shop promptly, all my contacts, Apps etc moved over quickly. Camera capabilities are excellent. I’m enjoying getting to know what my phone can do. Thank you EE. Staff member Carl, I think I have his name right, was exceptional.
The phone retailer on the high street. Had to visit to sort out my kids phone accounts but seems like their left hand doesn’t know what their right hand is doing. Thought I’d sorted it until i.arrived home when I received notification that they had not sorted it. Needs another visit when hopefully I’ll get it sorted. Very long winded to sort what should be a simple solution!
