Very disappointed with the service here today. Recommended by Apple as my nearest repair point. When I arrived I was told by the member of staff that there was nothing wrong with my camera and it was the resolution that needed adjusting he changed a few settings, I’ve no idea what he changed as he didn’t explain. He then said that the problem was fixed. I went away then tested the camera and it had the same fault that it had before so clearly to do with the lens and not the resolution. Went back in and different member of staff had a look and confirmed it was definitely a camera fault and took it for the engineers to look at. He then started to book me in for a repair but discovered an Apple security upgrade that meant I had to return in an hour. Turned up after an hour and was seen by the first member of staff who didn’t recognise which IPhone he was dealing with and also demanded to know which company id got the phone from. Then he left me for a few minutes and when he came back stated that if new parts were needed it was likely I wouldn’t get the phone back for at least three days. At this point I lost confidence in the reliability of the store and have now booked an Apple appointment, further to drive but feel more confident they will be able to resolve the issue in less than three days. I realise this is not all the stores fault and the second member of staff was quite helpful but I had three visits to store with no clear plan of how long it would take to resolve the problem.
I have been with EE since they were T-mobile. I have never really had a problem with them either over the phone or in their stores until now. I called EE to let them know that there was something wrong with my Zfold 4 screen. They made an appointment for me with this store. When I got there. The staff members were rude and just lacked customer service skills. They told me that because I had removed the screen protector that I had voided my Samsung phone warranty . THIS was NOT TRUE. I had looked on Samsung’s policy, and they specifically mentioned that it did not void the warranty. However, this store refused to listen to me or the EE customer services agent I had called when in the store regarding this. this store attempted to charge me a further PS660 to have my screen replaced and told me that this was due to the screen and minor scratches on the spine of my phone. when I got in touch with Samsung. They
replaced the screen free of charge without issue or mentioning the screen protector. I DO believe that they are trying to make money by lying to customers. PLEASE CHECK OTHER OPTIONS BEFORE PAYING WHAT THEY ASK.

Oh my goodness! – Where do I begin? I was half expecting Ant and Dec to walk in. I ridiculously went with EE after Plusnet insisted that I would get a better deal on an international anytime package than with 02. Big and dangerous mistake in leaving reliable 02 for a company that robs you of PS292 for the month(!!!) and where there is zero customer service, in store or via phone. I was previously informed that it would be a mere PS13 extra a month for international calls.
I go into the shop, in the aim of at least trying to discuss my package, along with the obvious mistake. I am met by a young man who couldn’t care less, where it’s an inconvenience to pull up my account details…but when he does, refuses to talk me through what has happened, or explain the package I’m on. He gave me the impression that he had just woken up, and wanted to go back to sleep. My only option now is to stop them taking any more money…while an explanation and refund would be nice. But notice how the manager is seldom replying to the reviews on here. I honestly don’t know what the answer is.
