EE in Walton-On-Thames | Best Phone, Laptop, and Computer Repair Services at Affordable Prices | Quick Fixes

Went through the EE website for a screen repair, selected this store as they stated they did same-day repair – when I got there, I’m told firstly that the store can’t do this and only Oxford Street can (EE, you need to document this better), and secondly the guy tried to upsell me an EE contract saying how the repair was going to be hundreds of pounds – according to their website a Pixel 6 repair is PS90, which I told him, to his surprise!

I then went back to see about sending the phone off, after chatting with someone who clearly wasn’t the slightest bit interested in my issue, I was told a repair will cost >PS600 because the warranty is over (this isn’t even a warranty repair, after all I broke the screen!).

Really bad service and I won’t be going there again, no wonder there are barely any customers. Not sure why/how the operators keep these stores open at all.

It says on the website that they are open today Sunday from 11 00-17 00 My husband went over there from our home at West Horsley to get his phone unlocked but they were shut He waited over half an hour & then gave up It even said on the door that is was open from 11 00 – 17 00 This is totally unacceptable I always check on website for any stores opening hour & expect it to be accurate

I had a really positive experience with the EE shop in Walton when I went to upgrade over the weekend. The covering store manager, Irfan, was a great help as was the advisor, Ben, who was incredibly friendly, helpful and patient with me in finding the best deal/plan that suited my needs. Will definitely be returning to this branch for my next upgrade.
