Took a contract out recieved faulty phone told to come on certain day went back got told replacement phone not arrived to much messing around so decided to cancel contract asked for number for customer service so i could let them know as well .as i needed to cover myself as well against any charges just in case explained it wasnt cause i didnt belive them as wanted to make sure i was covered both ends .proper stinking attitude of 2 members of staff saying well obviously u dont believe us abosolutly disgusting attitude from both of them.didnt even get offered any alternatives .if i was offered a alternative i would have stayed with ee but nope nothing .will never go back to this store again .i would state for the record its not ee themselfs in general but staff attitudes stink proper .bloke was lucky he didnt say that to me out pf the store as would have punched his head in speaking to myself like that so disgusting .pfft.would advise anyone to be carefull when going to this store

My phone contract was expiring so I went in to enquire as to what my options were regarding upgrading. The worker was incredible. She checked the phone I wanted and looked at how much data I was currently using and what the best contract was for me. She also checked for broadband options for me for down the line. Great experience, quick and easy and came out with a new contract that same day with my NHS discount added. The worker was called Libby just so she gets recognition

The manager served me here for a simple upgrade and old phone trade. He completely messed the whole thing up and I ended up will a bill for PS350 instead of PS48. Amazingly, for 50p more I was offered completely unlimited usage. EE customer services oh so generously offered me a reduction of PS100 making my bill PS250. All because the manager in this store (male, middle aged, not much hair and overweight) fiddled some paperwork. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
