Was told to update my phone although I didn’t want too.
Now my phone will not take a sim card and will not work at all but all the guy in store kept saying was it was my fault…. These people are clueless. Do not let them touch your phone if you want it to work again.
Seriously messed me up. Missed work and says I’m arguing when I say I followed your advice and now my phone does not work
Absolutely pathetic service from idiotic clueless person who I am assuming is the actual manager too. Shocking service. Stay away.

Went into store and the young person I spoke to was trying so hard to be helpful (possible new start) asking advice on roaming charges as I was going to Greece. However his obvious, more senior colleague) provided information that wasn’t necessarily useful and when I contacted EE helpline, this proved to be the case. So I’d like the senior colleague to know his company’s service policy before he passes his ‘knowledge’ to newbies. But gratitude to the call centre customer service person

Called in the Ashton Store for an Upgrade. After a long while of admin work I was to wait for the new phone to be delivered next day. Fast forward to the next day.. delivery guy came… ask for a pin.. I had no pin.. or E-Mail. EE guy gave a phone number to DPD that was 3 sims ago.. it was an O2 number which I had been discontinued 4 years ago as I joined EE. Plus I’ve 2 EE phones numbers since then. So.. I couldn’t have the phone as the orderer messed up.
